Well I usually masturbate everyday, and I don't use any lube or anything, I just use a tissue, so it is dry. Well the skin below the head and on like, the rim of the head ( I'm cut ) is kind of dry and rough. It hurts a little when I touch it as well. Is there anything I can put on it?
