He said he's addicted masturbating that he does it 10-20 times a day n he can't help him self he just gets an urge to do it until he comes then after words he feels unsatisfied n does it again n again untill his balls hurts.

He has to see a doctor, as his mind is too OCD. He masturbated because of a psychological need. The fact that he can't stop it himself means he needs professional help
It is very possible. When you have an orgasm your body releases natural opiates in the brain that give you a sense of happiness and well being. they are the same thing that drugs make your brain release and soon your receptors begin to not function and create these hormones without a stimulus. He really is a addicted to masturbating and it is just as hard to quit as quitting cocaine. He will more than likely need professional help if it is already as bad as what you describe.
