I have some questions regarding my height?!

Question: I have some questions regarding my height?
I'm 13 and 5'91/4", weighing in at about 140. I have always been extremely tall, and am the second tallest in my grade (behind my buddy who's 6'). He has been growing rapidly lately, leaving me a bit behind. I thought I was 5'10" until a recent measure proved otherwise :( All of the sudden I feel very conscious of my height. I have this odd feeling that I have "stunted". I come from a very tall family; my dad is 6'2" and my mom is 5'10" (I also have a cousin that is 6'6" and one 6'7"). However, I have not grown in a few months, which is not normal for me. I keep a growth chart and compare it with my dad's, and I have a good 21/2 inches on him at the same age. He hit 6' at around 14, and I feel I should be nearing that mark by now. My questions are, have I stunted? When will I hit 6'? (my final height is supposed to be from 6'3"-6'5") I work out (not anything major, just sit ups, crunches, pushups, and pull ups)-would this affect growth? I have also not been getting a lot of sleep lately; will this affect it as well? I've been getting 7-8 hours, but I think I may need more. My crazy schedule really doesn't allow it though :( All answers are appreciated, I just want to find out why I'm not growing, and when I might hit 6'.

sleep only affects growth a little. your hormones and thyroid gland really tell your body when to grow. in the meantime eat healthy and get extra protein and calcium to stimulate growth more. plus you're 13, so you still have seven or so years to grow. don't be discouraged, im 20 and 5'9. most guys don't even see 6' in their lifetime so be glad that you will

Chill man :) im the same weight and height as you, but two years older. You haven't stunted and you'll definayely jeep growing, you won't stop growing until your in your twenties bro, it's all good :)

Me xD

everybody is different...
if you really want to know, get a hips-to-neck size xray, that shows the pelvis, spine, and shoulders
then talk to an orthopedic surgeon.. they will tell you all that you need to know
