Question: Do your shoulders broaden during puberty?
I think I'm around stage 3 or 4 but unlike most people my hips and my shoulders are the same width. Is this due to body type or is this something that puberty will fix?
Answers:
Genetics will dictate your body type but, generally speaking, your shoulders will broaden through puberty while your hips will not grow as much. This is assuming that you're a guy.

Puberty won't fix it = Adolescence after puberty will.
You will broaden out about 17 - 18-ish.
