Need a workout regimen ?!


Question: Need a workout regimen ?
I'm 14 and 5'6" and I'm only 106 lbs
Im pretty fit and could get along mile time 7:23 but I would like to become very fit.

Anyone have a suggested workout routine that builds lean muscle?

Running is the best exercise.

To this u should add lite weight training 2 to 3 times a week.

If u lift with low weights so that u can lift 15 to 20 times (reps), this will prevent chronic running injuries like knee tendinitis (leg curl), shin splints (knee extensions) and ankle injuries (calf raises). U should do 3 sets of 20 reps. Don't forget your upper body.

I recommend joining a YMCA and getting a trainer to design a program based on your age and body type.

5-6 and 106 is fine; be the best u can be.

Parents just need to know ur serious; if they pay down they wanna know ur not gonna quit in a month.

Are u gonna quit in a month???

Start training at home.

sit-ups , push ups every morning. run after school.

Can u do 25 push ups and 25 sit ups?

Do them in the morning.

Can u run every day after school?

If u do this for one month I promise u ur parents will be more inclined to do the YMCA thing for u.
