One of my TESTICLES is missing!!!! HELP!!!!?!

Question: One of my TESTICLES is missing!!!! HELP!!!!?
I was pulling out my penis to urinate and when I pulled out my sack only one testicle came out. I felt all around and can't find the other. Can it go inside of you or did it fall out into my intestines or something.
Please help.

When most boys are born their testicles are inside the body cavity, and will descend into the scrotum shortly after birth.

With young boys, the testicles can slip back into the abdominal cavity, but once puberty takes place the testicles are usually too big to fit through the passageway.

If your testicle doesn't drop back into the scrotum, you should see a doctor. The testicles are held in the scrotum because they need to be at a lower temperature than the body to produce sperm, and if they are too warm for too long, this may reduce your fertility.

Incidentally, Japanese Sumo wrestlers train from a very young age, and during puberty they push their testicles back into the abdominal cavity, to open up the passageway.
This way, they can still do this as adults, and push their testicles inside their body to prevent damage during fights. Mst Sumo wrestlers become fathers, so there is no damage done in the short term.

Testicles can retract into the body, but in a healthy adult male shouldn't be there all the time.

You ask "did it fall out into my intestines or something" and if you can possibly think that then you desperately need to learn about your own body. The answer is no.

If your testicle doesn't descend of it's own accord very soon then see a doctor, it can be a sign of something far more serious which needs prompt treatment. Most likely it's not at all serious, but it certainly isn't normal for it to retract and vanish.

Your body decided it was no longer needed and would serve a better purpose passing through your body, spurting sperm cells around, feeding you. Eventually it'll make it's way up your throat and you'll cough it out.
