you may be physically old enough to have sex but your question shows a distinct lack of maturity.
what sort of guy has sex with just anyone? you won't know their sexual history or anything about them. good sex is about loving and caring for the person you are with, not just a cheap pick up because you feel horny.

In my opinion someone who is going to run out and have sex with random strangers isn't mature enough to be having sex. That's the reason why we have so many frigging STD's in this country.
