Last night I was getting ready for bed, and when I was changing My Pants I noticed that my dick head was all rough. It's usually very smooth, but this time it was rough and uneven, and all wrinkly. Now this morning, I was getting a shower, and when I was checking it back out again, it has started peeling. The skin on my dick head is rough, and peeling. What's going on? I had a uti about two weeks ago, could it have something to do with that. No other symptoms, just that.

you could have a yest infection or if you use soap it might be drying out your head of your penis it happen to me and now i am using a Natural body wash and it doesn't happen to me no more
sometime those body washes and soaps will dry you out and cause peeling.
could be something you are using to masturbate with also.
heck it might even be a real disease of some sort.
The first thing I would consider, if I were you, is using a different type of lube when masturbating.
