search Kegel exercises
it will help you... i don't suffer from premature ejaculation, but I wanted to increase my "pleasure time" before ejaculation and, now, I make it regularly (in the traffic, in classes, in TV commercials, while waiting for someone/something) two/three months ago and I have a much better control and my erections are harder.

Premature ejaculation is a pretty common issue. There are many ways to "fix" premature ejaculation.

One thing you could do is masturbate 1-3 hours before having sex. This will make you last longer when you do have sex. Also, certain positions are more likely to ejaculate prematurely than others. Try different things with your partner to see what works best for the both of you (I believe that "male on top" is more likely to result in premature ejaculation).

There are some things you can do on your own (or with your partner) to "train" yourself to control your ejaculation better. The first is the "squeeze technique," where as you get close to orgasm, you put your thumb on the underside of the glans (penis head) and 2 fingers on the corona (ridge), then squeeze tightly until the urge passes. This might be a bit tricky the first couple times you do it.

The second method is the "stop and go" technique. Here you just masturbate slowly until you feel yourself get close to orgasm, then you stop all stimulation (take your hands off!) until the urge passes. After a few seconds to a minute, resume masturbating until you get close again and then back off. Do this repeatedly so you know how it feels like when you get close and when you can safely back off to prevent ejaculation from happening before you want it to. Try different ways of stimulation to see what might bring you closer quicker, and what might take you longer. The key is to be aware of your body and its cues.

Lastly, you could try something called Kegel's exercises. These are good for both men and women. It strengthens the pelvic floor muscles involved in urination and orgasm in both. By exercising these muscles, you can have better control over your orgasm and also, it makes orgasms stronger when they occur. The easiest way to find the muscle is to stop urinating in mid-stream. That muscle stops urine from flowing. Another way to find it is, when you're erect, "flex" your penis. Same muscle. Once you've found this muscle, you can do these exercises anywhere and no one will know! Just flex the muscle for 10 seconds, relax for 10 seconds, flex for 10 seconds, relax for 10 seconds, etc. Do this for a few minutes each day.

Hope this helps!

P.S. There are some medications for a variety of other things that can help with premature ejaculation (like some antidepressants), but it's best not to go the medication route due to other side effects and because you don't want to use them to treat something you may not have.

there are a couple of exercises/techniques that work to overcome premature ejaculation

in combination, or one by one, they both allow you to last as long as you want during sex
