You are still deep in puberty, and these things happen, or at least I know they did to me.
You'll find your true sexuality soon, but for now it'll be all over the place, and you'll get turned on by pretty much anything with a pulse (and quite a few things without one).

If you do find yourself in a situation with him one day, then see what happens, he may feel the same about you,or he may not, or he may not want to act upon it.

For now, just accept him as a friend, and get to know him better, if you do that, then if he is thinking the same, things are more likely to happen.
If he's not thinking that way about you, then at least you have him as a friend, and who knows how you'll feel about him in 2 or 3 years time?

It's not really weird to be curious about the size of friends. We are always making conscious and conscious comparisons of ourselves with others about all kinds of things - the shape of one's nose, clothes, hair, height, weight etc. A subject as intriguing as sex is no less interesting.

No it is not weird at your age. You are in puberty and things tend to get a little mixed up, besides every guy likes to see what the other guy has, if they say they don't they lie. Well maybe an exception or two.
