My dad s shoe size is 9 and his also 5 6 ,, but all the other males including his twin in my family is over 5 10 or 6 feet ,, my knees r hurting and my hip ,, I do a lot of weight lifting , I squat 320 pounds , will I grow more , or does lifting effect my growth ??

Answers:

It's hard to say still since you're only 14. With the other males in your family being 5'10 and taller you might still be able to reach that height. Only time will tell. Most guys stop growing, height wise, at 17 or 18 so you still have a few good years to go.

I highly doubt weight lifting would stint your growth. What might be hurting your knees and hips though is the weight lifting. So maybe ease up on that some or talk to a doctor about it.

Lifting will not effect your growth. And you will be what "nature" intended for you to be in terms of how tall. Even my "Crystal" ball can't help with this question! I am of course kidding you, but you will be what you are, when you hit 18-to-21. And of course there is no reason why you won't continue to grow more.

You can grow until your 21, and at nearly 15 your more than likely to grow more

Lifting stunts growth bud...
