Yeah that is a normal size, you should tell your cousin not to be so self conscience, guys should like him for who he is not what he looks like.

i weight 150, im skinny and im 5'11 and i wear 31x32 (31 waist 32 length) but i usually get 32x32 bcuz its more commen anyway HES fine... 32x32 and 182 is fine for a 19 year old. if hes so worried if he is fat tell him to check his BMI.

If he's skinny and has long legs the 32 is fine otherwise he'll have to turn them up a bit.
