Why is that a =/ face? Seriously I was mutilated against my will and there is nothing that can be done to repair the damage. You can still get circumcised if that's what you want. At least be happy you get to make your own decision, rather than have it taken from you.

You being circumcised or not isn't holding you back on anything. If you have self esteem problems you will have them even after your foreskin gets removed. You have to deal with why you aren't happy with yourself. That's the only thing that's going to improve that situation.

Make sure you have done TONS of research on circumcision and undrestand what it takes away from you. A lot of guys come on here after being circumcised and get upset because they didn't realize circumcision removed a lot of sensitivity and function from the penis.
I was circumcised for 17 years before I restored my foreskin. I'm almost 20 and still can't find a single good thing about being circumcised.

It's your body so it's your decision to make but you have to be happy with it because there is no turning back. I don't want you to feel like I do. Mutilated and can't enjoy sex nearly to the extent and fully intact man can because of sensitivity loss. Make sure it's the right decision for you. If it is then go for it.

Also circumcision isn't covered by medical insurance so it's a few thousand, keep that in mind.

What ever Scott says about girls not touching uncircumcised men is a load of it. lol That's absolutly not true. Most women care about the man, not the penis. And research after research has shown uncircumcised males stimulate women better durring sex because there is less friction.

"Adults who undergo circumcision report less-satisfying sex, reduced sensitivity and erectile function, difficulty with intromission and increased premature ejaculation."
--------from Nature Clinical Practice Urology 20 January 2009

While you no doubt have seen other guys who are circumcised, try to bear in mind that they didn't choose it; it was forced on them without their consent and no regard for their rights in the matter.

Holding you back? Obviously you have no concept of what male genital mutilation, called circumcision, actually is, and the neural and vascular damage to the penis that results from it.

And no, it wouldn't look "normal." There is nothing normal about circumcision.

A normal penis has a foreskin; that's why we're born with them.

Normal people don't mutilate the genitals of children. You're in the majority; about 80% of the males in the world are not circumcised.

Damaging a penis doesn't improve it in any way; damaging a penis damages a male's sexuality.

Circumcision is a fraud and a hoax.

A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright.

A circumcised penis is abnormal. Whoever told you it's 'normal' to be mutilated and made sexually dysfunctional is either incredibly stupid or an outright liar. Your parents chose to leave you intact, and they left you a complete man. Now you want to deform your genitals and turn yourself into a sexually damaged freak who is unable to ever have normal sex? I'm sorry, but if you really want that, you're fricken crazy! What if you get circumcised and end up in a relationship with a woman who DOESN'T want her partner's deformed penis to harm her vagina? Then you'll have to get your foreskin restored, which can take up to three years.

Do yourself a favor - do some research on what you'll be losing. There is no advantage in removing part of your penis.

'Holding you back' - jeez! Of all the excuses I've heard to mutilate a penis, that has to be the single dumbest.

Leo, you can have this done at any age, I would encourage you to do some research on this procedure.
Also examine your motives, you are only 16. At that age a guy might feel insecure if he thinks he is different, I hope you realize that your penis is natural, the way it was meant to be.
If an adult wants to get it done, then he has that right, I did it as an adult, but, I would advise a guy who is not 18 to wait, you might feel different about it in a few years.

Why would you actually want to have part of your dick cut off? If you live in a country with running water, there is ABSOLUTELY no sane reason for circumcision, it is a bizarre ancient Jewish religious custom that serves no purpose other than making a man's todger look smaller!

I had mine done last year - and I'm old enough to be your grandpa!
No big deal. For me, anyway, sex is even better & sensitivity is even more enhanced. All they do is cut off the foreskin. Nothing else is done to the penis itself.

DONT cut it off. i find that kind of thing really sexy.

Its never too late. Old men are known to get it done. Yes, it will be normal looking. You'll be cleaner, healthier and way better off than you are now. Go for it. The girls will be glad you did. Trust me, Im 15 and the girls I know never touch uncircumcised.

Remember... a foreskin IS a birth defect.
