What do I do on off-days if I work out MWF?!


Question: What do I do on off-days if I work out MWF?
Do I continue taking 1 gram of protein per 1 lb of body weight? I'm on Serious Mass also. Do I continue taking that or do I take that only on work out days?

Also, on workout days, would one scoop of Serious Mass be sufficient after a workout? I'm so full after one scoop so I'm supplementing the rest of my daily calorie intake with Whey Protein and regular meals.

So basically, Breakfast is about 300 calories, I'm taking Whey Protein 30 g before work out, one scoop of Serious Mass after work out (Protein 50 g), then Whey Protein 30 g and regular meals throughout the day. Would this be alright?

If your eating correctly, you should have no need to consume additional protein supplements on off days. Your lifting schedule is good, but those supplements will not provide the boost that lean meat, eggs, and other natural high-protein foods will offer. My advice : Save those expensive supplements for your lifting days and use more natural options on your off days. And yes, you should be consuming 1 gm of protein on off days, but take them from whole food.
