The past few days, every once in a while when I urinate I feel something slightyyy tighten up between my legs under the buttox. What is that?? Whats going on?? Please any answers, thank you

I don't think it is serious as you don't mention any pain occurring. Maybe it is muscles spasming that you use while peeing.
If you force your urine to much, you night have pulled a muscle or two. So just urinate normally, you will not have this problem.
