Have you ever known anyone who stayed the same height in high school but grew ta!

Question: Have you ever known anyone who stayed the same height in high school but grew taller after?
I haven't grown much at all in high school. Freshman year, I was about 5'5-5'6 105 pounds. Now as a 17 year old senior, I'm about 5'6 118 pounds. My dad is about 5'10 and mom is about 5'1. My last growth spurt was in 8th grade when I grew from 5'3 to just about my current height.

Sleep required varies by age. Some teenagers may require up to 10 hours of sleep. The calcium in milk is very important, but keeping your body in the best of shape with exercise and eating from all of the five food groups is also very important.

My brother and I are among the tallest in the family and we ate lots of foods most wouldn't... salad, broccoli, lima beans, kidney beans... with decent portions of meat, bread, etc. Basically, the five food groups.

You should also check this natural product http://www.humangrowth.us I've been using it as a height booster for several months now This stuff is great, It is rare for a product to live up to its advertised hype. But this one actually does. It Works as advertised. Also, this specific product advertises improved joint health. I injured my knee and could find no relief, but after 3 weeks of using it I no longer have knee pain. I have tried other height gaining products, but I have seen the best results from this product. My height continues to grow.

And? Are you worried about it?
Genetics rule - you cannot re-program genetics.
You cannot MAKE yourself grow taller.
You will not finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later.
More growth could be headed your way - nobody knows for sure.
You just need to be patient & wait to see what all develops.
Stop worrying about stuff you have no control over.

No.

You may have some residual spinal growth
but if your mom is 5'- 1"
