Whats the best way to help sore muscles with little time to rest?!


Question: Whats the best way to help sore muscles with little time to rest?
I work out and I work as a UPS unloader during the midnight shift and go to school during the day. Is there a good way to help my muscles recover from soreness with little sleep? And what foods are good to eat after work and during the day to help recovery?

No,no, no... Protein!



icy hot will help with the pain of sore or pulled muscles but it wont heal them. also try putting it in ice or taking a ice cold bath then putting it in hot water. but im pretty sure the only way to actually heal a pulled or sore muscle is to let it rest
