Question: My vein or nerves in my leg jumped at night?
Well obese sitting at my desk doing work and when I went to lay down like my nerve jumps or my vein in my leg a little in 17 male this has happend before doc says it from blood rushing through my body since I was sitting so long anyways can this be ALS it only Sid it once so it's not like muscle twitches.

This happens to me alot when i lay down. may be thing u having. And that is a muscle cramp. It will go away after min or two. If you have pain when this thing happens. I bet this is whats going on. best thing to do is rub it. Then slowly try to walk. Don't just step on that leg when you do. Slowly step on it till you can walk
