i have spots on the inside of my forskin and on the head of my penis, help?!


Question: I have spots on the inside of my forskin and on the head of my penis, help?
ive had them for about 3 days and it feels really irritating, there are just loads of of things that looks like spots on the head of my penis and on the inside of my foreskin, it feels itchy and uncomfortable and very sore, i will be going to the doctors but i would like some idea first, any ideas to what it is please tell me as its pretty scary.

It could be anything, without a little more of a description. They could be anything from fordyce spots (common and nothing to worry about) to an STD/STI. It could be a rash, infection, irritation from lube/condoms/soap, over masturbation. Also is there any discharge.
Any of these things can cause bumps under the foreskin and on the penis head.

I know I really didn't answer your question, but with a little more information/description, maybe a better guess.
