Not necessarily all guys do that, even if they say they don't, it is a natural thing. As far as gay, who knows at your ages, starting puberty, you get confused about a lot of things including sexual identity. There is nothing wrong with looking, i have always done it and still do. Just realize we are all made the same, just different sizes and shapes.

Normal for guys in puberty to be curious as to how other guys their age and older look. Gay means a guy is only sexually attracted to other guys, not girls. Since nearly everyone in the locker room will check out the other guys, you'd have to call all the guys gay if that was what it was.
