Question: How to stay in shape without exercising?
I have been working out for months for a sporting event I'm in. However, I want to give my body some time to rest before the event so I'm healed and 100% ready to go. However, I don't want to lose any muscle or endurance I've gained. How can I stay in shape but recover at the same time?
