Question: Scab like thing on penis?

i am fourteen years of age and i masturbate about 2-3 times a day and its been normal until the other day when i noticed that right in between my shaft and the tip there were to scab like things about 1/2cm wide and 1/8cm tall on opposites sides and i've never had this before and i dont know how they got so could somebody explain it to me please??
