I am sorry to say but practise make perfect, therefore if you are blow after 5 minutes with a hand job which is not even half as intense as having sex then the only logical conclusion is that you will not last any longer with your girl friend,most likely less for now

Chances are the first few times with your girlfriend you won't last long. That is normal, when you get really excieted it is hard to control. My first time i only lasted like 2 mins. But we did it again an hour later and i lasted 30 mins. You might get really excited with your girlfriend and than be finished really quick, And people who say think about other things when you feel like your going to come are stupid. well i find that the difference is the speed...so with a hand you can very well move it faster than you can move your crotch...so you should be able to last longer...so the speed there is a factor
