You don't. Why? First of all, because Cialis is name brand and especially as it is a "lifestyle drug", it's not cheap, end of story. Second of all, one should not take Cialis without medical direction. Prescription meds are prescription meds for a reason; Cialis and other meds like it can have serious risks for people with certain medical conditions and/or on certain medications. Last but not least, Cialis (tadalafil) and other drugs like it (sildenafil and vardenafil, the PDE-5 inhibitors) are among the most counterfeited drugs and are made or brought into the US in huge numbers. You would NOT believe what's in some of these fake pills. A 2009 article in the Journal of Clinical Practice summarizes:

"Harmful ingredients found in counterfeit medicines include boric acid, leaded road paint, floor polish, shoe polish to get the sheen on the tablet, talcum powder, cement powder, chalk and brick dust, nickel and arsenic. Any active drug ingredient is usually minimal or simply wrong – one supply batch of fake Viagra was in fact amphetamine and not sildenafil."

My professional opinion: Get these meds prescribed by a physician, PA, or NP if they're needed. It's simply not safe to get them from an illegitimate source.
