Okay first i noticed little bumps on it, then i got a mole on it, then veins started popping out of it and now i got a bump on it. im creeped out, i now this is wierd to ask but would these problems affect my sex life

Moles are common anywhere on your body. The veins will pop out more as you develop down there and the bump well anywhere you have skin you can get pimples so thats normal too. All normal.
