Question: Height increasing after 18?possible?
i am 18 years old and i am 5ft and 7inches tall
can i increase an inch or 2 inch in future
as i have heard that mens can increase their height till 21

If you look at the CDC growth charts for your age you will see that height increase tapers off dramatically after 17. That's where the curve flattens out. After 17 you might gain an inch and by 18 it's almost flat (meaning no more height increase). There will always be some people who might continue to grow into their early 20's, but this is the exception. At 5'7 you're about 2 1/2" less than the absolute average height for a guy in the US. You might be a littler shorter, but your not short.

Yes, you have 3 more years to grow.. but try play some basketball, that would help you.
