Why am i shaking after a workout?!


Question: Why am i shaking after a workout?
i been working out for the last 2 months for about 1-2 hours a day, but today when i was doing push ups i had to stop not because i was tired or my arms were hurting, but that i started shaking a lot.
I had orange juice and mixed nuts b4 and after workout.
it been 10 mins and i still have the shakes. why?

Answers:

nice thats the burn when you do a good workout. You shouldnt be worrying you should actually be proud of yourself cause you pushed yourself hard.

The muscles get sore/tired cause of a build up of lactic acid in the muscle. But the more you work out the less lactic acid will build up or at least build up slower.

Eat a lot of protien. Protien helps to repair the muscle so you feel less soreness quicker



your body is probably not used to you excersizing that much? you need to start out small like 10 minutes first week 20 the next, and so on P:

Build up of lactic acid, do a little cool down so that it can convert back to pyruvate.

Muscle fatigue.. it happen to me once, when i carried smth heavy for a really long time.
Just have some rest and you'll be fine.
