Yep. It sounds like it. Vocal changes, Mr. Happy has a mind of its own, and little body hair... You're starting. Not all changes happen at once, so give the body hair and height some time. Puberty can take anywhere from age 11 up to the 20's for it to fully finish. The body hair will likely be in the pits and pubes (at least visibly) by 15, and your height can keep going all the way into your 20's. Congratulations, you're becoming a MAN! Life as you know it will never be the same again - it sucks! :P

Yes and usually boys go to puberty later than girls. The armpit hair etc will come some other time because developments come time after time, not at the same time.

yes you are im 15 stayed short until 14 then literily one day i shot up but i got no hair until a couple of months later but yeah big boy you hit puberty welldone :) ;)
