i am in puberty, not seen much penile growth, however have recently found out my testosterone is on the lower end? could i boost it to help it grow, could i still achieve growth
would a person with normal testosterone levels see any growth doing this, as someone i know said he had done it with good results?

It might accelerate puberty, but it won't make your penis any longer than it otherwise might have been.
No! Testosterone that comes in cream is mainly produce for woman who are in menopause and it only should be applied to the inside of the hand. It is used to help with hot flashes and to keep the vagina healthy. See your Doctor.
