i have like a few white spots on my penis like pimples like the ones you have where the hair is growing but i cant see any hair on it, also i have one spot on my penis which is a bit bigger and red pleas help is this bad i have not had sex before

Lol don't worry about it I have the same thing and it went away in a week. It must bee from shaving or an irritation to your skin.
