The bottom of my penis hurts?!


Question: The bottom of my penis hurts?
It has been for this for the past 3 or so days. When I masturbate, it hurts just sometimes,where the penis starts to connect to the body. It isn't itchy or irritating or anything, it just hurts. That's the best way I can explain it.

I'm going to see an Eye/Nose/Throat doctor soon, is there a way I can get this checked out? Should I get it checked out?

Btw I'm 17 and haven't had sex or anything.
