Question: Fiance freaking out over lost of erection?
My fiance and I usually have a healthy sex life and every once in awhile he will have a hard time getting erected before sex or losing it in the middle of it. However until late last year, he noticed his penis went soft in the middle of sex two days in a row but I didn't think much of it because it wasn't the first time it happened. Suddenly I noticed as time went on, he starting worrying excessively over it and the more he worried, he get overly anxious about his penis remaining limp and what he fear becomes reality. We managed to have sex a few times since but he don't really feel 100 percent erected like before.

He talked to me and others for advice but it's not helping. He even went to the doctor for a checkup and everything came out normal. He even told the doctor about his problem and even she said he's worrying too much. I asked him if he is still sexually attracted to me and said yes and obviously love me, so if attraction isn't the problem, then I want to know what is?

I tried calming him down, then he'll be fine just to work himself up again another day. I hate seeing him feeling this way and he believe our sex life will never be the same again. Anyone who experienced this with their men or guys spefically, please help me out as I talked to him about fifty times about needing to relax and it isn't helping. I need to know what can possibly help him get better below the belt.

Norhing wrong with him that a few lifestyle changes can't correct.
But - he must give it enough time to work.
No smoking - no beer/ale - no booze - no drugs. ANY OF THESE can interrupt blood flow to his penis resulting in diminished libido & cause erectile dysfunction or impotence.
Stress, depression, anxiety, fatigue, crappy diet, lack of exercise & some medications can cause malfunction at the junction, also.

i think you need to try and take the erection out of the limelight, show him you are into it when its not hard and that you enjoy it on you down there regardless and he should relax more.

Men are very sensitive about erection issues. Maybe a medical professional could help with this!



As a girl, you sometimes have to change it up. So try doing something sexy and unexpected. Get him really aroused before you have sex. Try touching him, doing a lapdance, oral sex, etc. Make yourself look really hot, that way he's even MORE attracted to you.

These are some of the things that my bf and i do, but we haven't had sex considering we're 15. :)
