are you the same guy that wants to increase his penis size by '1-2 inches' ? and that wanted to use a drug that only worked on people going through puberty? ahhhhh, makes sense.

Everyone matures at a different rate Liam. You are normal for you. Be happy with yourself.
Height, weight, size, pubic hair, armpit hair, arm & leg hair... It's all a part of growing up. You can't compare yourself to friends in the same age group, you will all have different aspects that you haven't achieved yet. Most guys continue to change and mature until about 21, but nothing is written in stone, so to speak. Some people don't even start until they are 15-16, others start at 11-12 and go until 21.

Don't worry yourself with what you can't control, just enjoy the time and have fun with your body the way it is progressing. Everyone is different, that's part of the excitement.
