Should I be concerned about slightly rocking back and forth while sitting?!

Question: Should I be concerned about slightly rocking back and forth while sitting?
I noticed today while sitting, working on my laptop, that my torso was rocking back and forth. It only occurs when leaning forward in a sitting position. I can stop it by tensing, and also stops when I sit back in the chair or stand upright. It feels as if it's rhythmic, as with a pulse, but I timed both and the rocking appears to be a bit faster/not timed with pulse. I'm wondering if this happens for anyone else? Thinking it might just be my system "balancing" with the weight forward, or my blood pushing harder as a result of the "bend" of the body?

Considerations: I'm 22, in shape, have had EKG and halter done in the past 2 years, normal. In the past 6 months have been tested for thyroid, anemia, and had a full blood panel done for insurance, all normal. Blood pressure normal, heart rate 60, no other symptoms. Am lean to athletic, 5'8" 143. Have dealt with anxiety but not recently, don't feel a great deal of stress, don't feel it's a nervous "tic" as it starts and stops as easily as leaning forward and back. No other symptoms, but worrisome as it's a very off-putting sensation.

It's just a habit - and habits can be broken.

Have you ever seen someone sitting with their leg crossed & they constantly shake their foot? Mostly nervous energy - and habit.

If I have music playing while on the computer, my body sways or moves to the rithym of the music. No big deal.
Life is not always the way it's supposed to be. It's just the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
