It's probably Asthma. You should see a doctor. You don't have to tell him/her about your masturbating, just say that you've recently been having breathing issues.
See a doctor for a medical evaluation. Could be Asthma.
Do you have asthma? IF so take a puff of your inhaler before you begin masturbating. That is what I do before I start.
But what are you doing while masturbating? There has to be mroe than just having no air.
