Honestly doesn't happen in weeks, takes a few months to start seeing changes. It is 80 percent diet 10 percent workout and 10 percent sleep. I workout with weights 30 minutes intense 3 days in a row different body part each day then rest day and start over. Gotta go intense. Diet is huge, if you don't feed the muscles the right nutrients they won't grow.
