Don't rush into shaving. I started at 13 too and having to shave every day is a drag sometimes.
On week-ends I take a break.

So, my word of advice is: if you don't need to shave, wait as long as you possibly can. (notwhitstanding the expense) it is bothersome.

Shave when you have whisker growth to shave. Don't shave when you don't. And shaving peach fuzz does not cause it to miraculously turn into whiskers. Early on when whiskers start to come in they will grow slower so you won't have to shave as often. I was shaving daily at your age, but could grow a full beard in two weeks then.

Shave as needed. Shaving more than that will just open you to additional opportunities to cut your face shaving.

being 13 i doubt they will grow much in 1 day. give it about a week.
