Penis and Testicles didn't grow as much as they should have?, Estrogen prob!

Question: Penis and Testicles didn't grow as much as they should have?, Estrogen problem?
I'm 19 and my penis is around 3.5 to 4 inches flaccid but it is thin and my testicles don't hang that low plus my penis head is small. It's like my penis stopped growing before it should have (it's like it stopped at stage 3 of the tanner stages). Could this be due to high estrogen?

Answers:

darn if I know! But if it is, I am pretty mad at all the doctors that saw my penis when I was young for physicals, etc. and didn't mention anything. You are larger flaccid than I am. You might have a point worth checking out with a medical professional, possibly a Urologist-if possible.

But in answering many of these questions, I also read ALL the answers, and I have never seen Estrogen mentioned up to now.

From your flaccid size, it sounds like you DID grow as much as you should. In fact that sounds over average. Not everyone has low hangers and shape and proportion vary a lot from guy to guy. If you're over 5.1" erect, then you are average or above (according to the Journal of Urology). At 19 they've grown as much as they're going to. The question now is are you ready to accept yourself the way you are or compare yourself to examples of guys in porn?

If ur dad has a small penis then u might know that it could be genetic
