You are average. You may think that you are smaller because you are looking at yourself from a different perspective. Perhaps, if you are at home and have a full length mirror in your room, you could stand sideways and look at yourself when you have an erect penis. That way, you might be able to realize that you are not as small as you think you are.

You aren't gay for noticing the size of a guys penis in the gym. Girls have been known to compare breast sizes. It's normal. Besides, when you do start having sex, it will be awkard at first. You'll have to learn how to control yourself (not coming too soon because of nervousness, etc.). Most women would tell you that size in terms of length doesn't really matter...it's more about the girth and also how you use your penis.

Regarding your furtive glances in the locker room, remember you can't accurately judge how big a penis is by how large it is flaccid (soft) and studies show that on average, the bigger they are when soft, the less they grow when erect.

I wouldn't say so. I didn't get 4" until I was 16 1/2. Soft it was 1.5"

I'm 24 now and only 1.5-2" soft and 4.5" erect.

Mine is small, yours is bigger and still growing.

You are normal in every way. But since you are 16 you may have more growth left in your penis.If you end up the same size, that's life! Your size is the way I ended up and I have a beautiful grown daughter as a result. So sometimes IT IS the "little things" in life that count.
