I realize that this is the men's health section but I figured that I might get some better answers.
What age range do you prefer when you are looking to date a woman? Does that age range change if all you want to do is to have a one night stand/no strings attached kind of sex?
I was curious to know how old you were and what age range you chose. For example, if you are in your mid 20's would you go for a woman that is 18-25. Late 20's, mid-20's-30. I hope that makes sense.
The reason I am asking is because I am 29 and I have had men in their mid to late 50's flirt with me with the suggestion of sex being hinted. At first, I didn't know if I should be flattered or insulted. Now, I'm not sure if I should be insulted or disgusted. I mean, this guy is like my parents age. I know what the guy wants. He wants to have sex with me, but I just don't see myself having sex with a man that is that close to my dad's age. Now, I have had guys that are in their 30s to early 40s (40-42) flirt with me. That's not as bad in terms of age because they are a bit closer to my age. I was just wondering why a guy in their mid to late 50s would flirt with someone that was that much younger (almost 30 years). Is it an ego booster? I'm not saying that I would have sex with the guy but would he only want sex so that he could tell his friends that he had sex with someone that was that much younger than him? Look, I'm not the most attractive woman in the world but I know that I am a lot more attractive than some of the women I've seen around. I'd say that I was anywhere from a 6.5 to a 7.5 (maybe an 8 on a really, really good day) on a scale of 1 to 10.

guys still have libido at that age so if he thinks you are approachable, he is gonna give it a try.
its up to you how you take it. you must be both nice and attractive, otherwise so many guys wouldnt flirt.
I'm not a man but yeah I get this a lot...It's really gross. I guess they think they still have a chance. I just give them a grossed out look and keep walking.
