My dad squeezes me to hard in a bearhug when we play wrestle?!

Yo guys my names jordan, im 13. I wrestle my dad a lot and when we're bored its what we do most of the time. We'll clear out the living room, ill throw on some spandex shorts and come out and wrestle him. He actually went out and bought me the wrestling shorts for our matches. and its weird because he wont let me wear anything else to wrestle him in, unless its the spandex lol. But anyway, a lot of times he likes to trap me in a bearhug and squeeze so flippin hard! He also shakes me when he does this too, which makes it worse. This usually makes me scream pretty loud because it hurts so bad. I usually try to wrestle out of this by wrapping my thighs around his waist and squeezing but it doesnt work, plus it makes him yell at me and say get you F'ing legs off me or I'll squeeze harder. Im actually worried about this hold because I think this is kinda dangerous and my dad likes to use it a lot. Hes pretty strong and Im worried he may accidently snap my spine one day. But can a bearhug do that? Should I tell him to stop using it?
