first to all previous answers, you're all idiots!

now, things that turn regular straight men on are of a wide range.
with me its when im near a hot girl, her soft female smell (feromones) also if she smells soft and clean and a good perfume just makes me go nutts.
if she touches me or brushes up against me, the feel of her soft skin no matter what part of her it is, but if youre getting to know one another its usually arms legs and around the neck area.
