Nausea past 7-9 days?!

Well for the past 7-9 days now, I've been having nausea a lot, but I never thrown up from it, it's worse in mornings than any other time of the day, when I wake up my stomach feels kind of empty and i'm very nauseated (7-9 days in a row now), I haven't eaten much because of it, and my stomach keeps making noises, kind of like rumbling and it's loud, on and off through out the day, but I barely feel hungry at all, and I don't know what it is, but it's really bothersome and I can't take all of this nausea anymore, Just wish it would go away, any help or tips would be appreciated :)

oh and I'm a male, 19, before this happened I think I was eating fine and all, I've taken some tums and mint candy to help the nausea but its only temporary and it keeps coming back.
