Someone should spank you!

Is this a regular Dr, or a Urologist you've been to? If it is a regular Dr, I would go to a Urologist and ask for a Urodynamics exam. They can do x-rays and ultrasounds to determine if there is a problem with your bladder (if it is a size issue or if it is having spasms and that's why it's leaking).

If it's a problem with the bladder going into spasms, then you can go onto a medication that will help it relax, which will reduce wetting accidents. If it's a size problem, the Urologist will have to explain treatment options.

Until you see a Urologist (if you haven't already) you can try stopping all fluid intake 2 hours before bed time and making sure you go to the toilet less than 10 minutes before you get in bed. If you have to, try to wake up 4 hours later and try to "go" again in the toilet. If something comes out and you wake up later that morning dry, you're going to have to keep doing that. You can also try skipping that 4 hour later wake up once and see if you still wake up dry, and if so, you're good to go. But if not then you'll have to do it.

Just be sure you go to a Urologist if you haven't already, and if your regular Dr keeps insisting you don't have a problem and says you don't need a Urologist, keep persisting - you have the right. Waking up with Urine on your skin is unhealthy.

I'm sure your doctor told you not to drink any liquids three hours prior to bed time. And go to the bathroom right before you get in bed. If your doctor didn't find any bladder issues then it's just mental which is good because that can be corrected. You might want to also set an alarm for a few hours after you go to bed to wake you up so you can go to the bathroom again. You just have to train yourself not to urinate in your sleep.

I understand how embarrassing and frustrating this must be for you. The very best thing you can do is to get information about this. I attached a couple websites but there's lots of stuff dealing with bedwetting.
Alicia Silverman also wrote a book you can probably get from the library about her struggles with bedwetting when she was a kid. She's now a famous comedian.

You just need to try wearing better diapers that don't leak. Anything bought in the grocery store is cheap and is going to leak. The decent adult diapers are found at online medical supplies retailers. Some of the better brands inlude Abena and Dry 24/7. You can find them at http://www.drugstore.com and http://www.xpmedical.com .

Have you tried washable bedwetting pants instead?
Ours almost never leak thanks to their hermetic design :)

I understand how you feel, i have the same problem. Just dont drink anything after about 6 or 7PM and try some large diapers.

My 10 year old brother cant control his bladder/bowels, he wears pampers and hes never had a problem with leakage

Try Tranquility! They are available online at Dignity With Diapers and they have youth through adult sizes. My Mom used them for my Dad after trying many different brands and said they were the best.
