Question: Im young 6 feet tall and 250 pounds?
Alot of people tell me that i do not look Fat.
Yet i get home and get ready to take a shower and i look in the mirror and all i see is the Fattest blob ever. I dont look over weight with my Clothes on but i Feel Obese on the inside. I smoke. I have been smoking For the longest time. Im only 15 But i know Im addicted. Its the hardest thing to quit. I want to Stop smoking and Start working out to get in shape, I just feel i have no drive or motivation. I Have Adhd and i went to the doctor and they arer Going to set up a Med. appointment. Will that make me More Confident and more focused to stop smoking and to get in shape??

let me say this first. Women don't ... at least I don't , concern my self with the male body like men do women. It has more to do with how into me he is and the reward of satisfying my man. The idea that I can give great pleasure to some one just by being near him make me feel wonderful.

However the main thing that is very important is a man's confidence. You seem to have a self loathing because you are not dong what you would like to do. Not that you are doing what you do not want to do but you are not moving toward what you want. This is the key. Anytime you want to improve it should be toward not away from a goal. Even the dead do not smoke or drink but what good is that. So choose something that makes you alive and focus on it. The rest will fall away like old clothes after buying new ones.

You are on right path. I said that because you have identified the problem and ready to quit smoking. You see, smoking is just a habit. And you should learn how to unlearn this habit. Now all you have to do is learn the tricks of quitting a habit. You have to read regarding this subject. And gradually your mind will take up the tricks and you will learn how to quit smoking cigarette. Its not hard at all, once you are interested to quit smoking. Always remember interest and repetition are the 2 most important things your memory requires to just take up anything, I mean any big project, its just does not matter how big is the project.
