Any suggestions would be nice... I exercise every day but the weight just doesnt want to come off getting really frustrated

5 pounds a week is very doable, if your motivated. You might need to change your diet to more protein and less carbs, it builds muscle, so you might not be losing the weight you want because you just masking your muscle which weights more then fat, by your outside fat.
