Answers:

It won't do anything to you except make your muscles grow bigger. If anything it speeds up puberty because your testosterone levels are highest the 30 min after a good work out.

You have been mislead, working out will not stunt your growth, but you need to be getting the protein and other stuff your body needs, if your working it all off then your body wont have enough for the rest of it, so just eat right and you should be OK.

Research on the subject.

Lifting weights is not recommended under the age of 16 - to give your muscles time to fully develop.
You cannot enlarge muscles that haven't even fully developed yet - or - you could do more harm than good - plus risk getting a hernia if you overextend yourself - which would mean surgery.

It depends on what you mean by "working out". Running/Cardio is what you would do to lose weight, and that won't do anything to your height. I think I'd wait until I was at least 16 to start lifting weights if I were you, so your body can develop.

No, it's that if you lift really heavy young and put pressure on your spine, and back, then you might stunt growth( only if you're lifting in bad position). Stretch helps to grow tho.

Well I think it slows down puberty or somethinnn, cause my teacher told me girls can go up to 18 before starting puberty if they play sports a lot and stuff.

well it depends what you do.
Just dont do miltarie presses
