You're just 17 and still growing.. But, the average adult penis is estimated at 6 inches erect. So I'd say that you fall within the average limits.

As far as taking some pill to make it increase in size.. that's rubbish. There are pumps that some men use that supposedly stretches the organ and after repeated use they claim that it adds length to the penis.. That's rubbish too.. Skin is elastic and stretchy and it only loses some of its elasticity as we age. So.. I'm really doubtful that Pumps work. Pumps may stretch it to look temporally longer but what is gained in length is lost in width.
