don't restore during sleep because when your sleep you become erect and you could bend your penis and on top of that your reaction to pain is delayed when your sleep so if something does go wrong you might not wake up in time to fix it before seriously hurting yourself

It kind of depends on what kind of device you are using to restore. The danger is causing damage to your penis at night when you get an erection.

There are very few restoration methods that are comfortable to wear at night. I used the t-tape method to restore and did use it many times at night.

There are thoughts both ways about restoring 24/7 or giving time off. But there hasn't been really any definitive answer. Mainly i think do what you feel comfortable with without doing damage. If you're feeling any pain or discomfort at all it's time to stop and give it a rest.
