No the best I have found are from India, I have one now, male, and they are very thorough and the one before was a woman from India, she was the best. It don't seem to matter what you go to them for they pretty much check you all over to make sure you are healthy.
Doc's are not good or bad by race. It is a matter of qualification and one's experience etc. Indian doc's are doing pitty well in States too.
